I now specialise in canapé receptions and small weddings.

The start - you phone and make a date for us to meet (with no obligation), then we can view the proposed site and make recommendations/suggestions to ensure that all the equipment/guests etc are able to get to the site.

And then - we talk food - your favourites, and those of your families, and wherever possible we include these in the menu, to make it your special day.

Next - I prepare the quotation with a price per person for the menu including the service of food & drinks, and an estimated hire order for all the equipment needed.


You decide
- that you are happy with the proposed, with amendments if needed, and the date is booked in the diary - a deposit will be required at this point.

From then on - I am always available to answer any queries that you have, by phone or email, whichever is most convenient.

A month before - we get together and go through the details, ensuring that we know exactly what you are requiring, so that on the day you can enjoy yourselves knowing that we are in control of the catering, and looking after you and your guests.

One week before - final numbers will be required together with dietary requirements.

Two days before - the hire equipment arrives.

One day before - We set up the tables, ready for flowers, decorations, and the kitchen - loading fridges with wine etc.

On the day
- we arrive on site with plenty of time to prepare for your arrival.

The day after - we clear up - tidy the venue, get the hire equipment ready for collection.
